The EZT Trend indicator displays trends, pullbacks and entry opportunities. Sorting and all types of alerts are available. There are email alerts and push notifications. We are also developing an Expert Advisor based on this indicator. It will be available soon.
This is a multifunctional indicator consisting of two color histograms and a line. It displays the direction of the trend and its strength, and also allows you to detect divergences both on the line and on the histogram.
The indicator works well with preset parameters. They are pre-defined for a certain timeframe, and we recommend using the indicator with these settings. In manual mode, you can set your own parameters. This is a multi-time frame indicator.
The indicator works well in conjunction with our other indicators, such as MTF rsi, MTF cci or MACD pro.
The more volatile the traded instrument is, the smaller the timeframe should be used to find the best entries. Always consider the direction on a larger timeframe!
To do this, run several copies of the indicator.

- Parameter mode: Manual Parameters (parameters are defined manually) or Auto Parameters (preset parameters). The predefined parameters work in multi-time frame mode. Example: when setting predefined parameters for H1: you see the situation on all timeframes from hourly to minute. At the same time, the indicator is not displayed on H4 or a larger timeframe.
- Manual TimeFrame: the current timeframe or multi-timeframe mode when selecting the parameter manually from the first menu. When using the indicator manually, three parameters are provided: Entry( input), Pullback (rollback) and Trend (trend). All three have a smoothing period.
- Trend Period: the slowest period. It is made in the form of a histogram. A value above 0 indicates a bullish trend, below 0 – a bearish one.
- Pullback Period: the average speed period. It is displayed as a thin line. If there is a significant movement against the Trend indicator, the histogram of the main trend changes color (blue by default). When returning to the trend side, it changes color again (yellow by default).
- Entry Period: the fastest period. It is displayed as a histogram with thin lines. The movement from the Trend histogram may indicate the possibility of entering the market. Alerts in the form of arrows: When there are signs of the continuation of the main trend on the traded instrument, an arrow appears on the histogram. You can set your own colors and line thickness for each histogram, line, or arrow.
- Auto Filters: Auto filters (true/false). When using preset parameters, you can enable filters to detect the best inputs. Filters are displayed in the right part of the subwindow. There are three filters.
- Pullback: the traded instrument is in a strong pullback. Trade with caution! When the filter is triggered, it is recommended to use a more rigid stop loss.
- Range: the traded instrument is in a flat, a trend may appear. High risk! The direction can change at any time.
- Turn: the trend is likely to change. Do not enter the market! When the filter is triggered, it is not recommended to enter the market.
- Draw note: notification of the trend direction (true/false). If true, you will see a note: Uptrend (Uptrend) or Downtrend (Downtrend).
Alerts:
- Trend entry alert: triggered when an arrow appears on the histogram.
- Pre Alert: it is triggered if the entry histogram goes against the trend.
- Filter alert mode: if the previous one is true, here you can choose which alerts to receive.
- “Safe trades only” – alerts are triggered only if each filter points in the direction of the main trend, which indicates its strength.
- “High risk trades allowed“(high-risk trades are allowed). If the first two filters (Pullback and Range) show a warning signal, the alerts are still triggered.
- If the Turn filter shows a warning signal, the alerts are not triggered.
